You don't know that about Ninja Gaiden. Every deal is different. I don't think Microsoft owns Ninja Gaiden, they are publishing Ninja Gaiden 2.
Don't forget Ninja Gaiden for DS is still coming.
If you think Microsoft has just purchases Ninja Gaiden as a franchise, you're probably wrong. But we don't now for sure yet.
